Everyone who worships or visits The Spiritualist Church of Light & Hope immediately feels very much at home. Since the church welcomes and attracts a multi-faith congregation, not everyone you see there is a Spiritualist. They may attend churches of other denominations, then choose to spend an hour at the Spiritualist worship service to round out their Sunday worship experience. Visiting a Spiritualist church for the first time may be a different kind of worship experience for many. Although there is a formality about the behavior and appearance of the ministers and mediums conducting the service, a service at the Church of Light & Hope is often punctuated by laughter and shouts of joy and applause!
